Screw piles are recommended for the foundation unless placed on a concrete slab. Screw pile installer contracts directly with you to arrange foundation preparation. Estimated between 5-7K per unit based on fairly level grass area. Foundation preparation is not included in this package price. Our team can help you through this process with one of our external contractors if you do not have your own contractor.
