OLE Retreat 9 x 3 with External storage + integrated deck

The larger Outclass boasts a 9 x 3 Hub with full-length decking making the overall indoor/outdoor space over 45m2. This unit provides you with so many options from additional teaching space to temporary roll growth spaces. Your choice of fully opening Bi-fold doors or a roller door for added security, this unit is fully lined inside with plywood or fully lined with autex options, your choice of commercial-grade vinyl flooring or carpet tiles and a retractable awning for extra shade in the summer months.

Delivery between 6-8 weeks

Screw piles are recommended for the foundation unless placed on a concrete slab. Screw pile installer contracts directly with you to arrange foundation preparation. Estimated between 5-7K per unit based on fairly level grass area. Foundation preparation is not included in this package price. Our team can help you through this process with one of our external contractors if you do not have your own contractor.
