The larger Outclass boasts a 9 x 3 Hub with 27m2 of internal space. This unit provides you with so many options from additional teaching space to temporary roll growth spaces. Your choice of fully opening Bi-fold doors or a roller door for added security, this unit is fully lined inside with plywood or fully lined with autex options, your choice of commercial-grade vinyl flooring or carpet tiles and a retractable awning for extra shade in the summer months.
Categorised as a ‘storage facility’ for outdoor learning environments, in most cases there is no building consent required for this Hub. The unit is relocatable, so it can be repositioned or removed as your site needs change.
Delivery between 8-12 weeks
Screw piles are recommended for the foundation unless placed on a concrete slab. Screw pile installer contracts directly with you to arrange foundation preparation. Estimated between 5-7K per unit based on fairly level grass area. Foundation preparation is not included in this package price. Our team can help you through this process with one of our external contractors if you do not have your own contractor.

There must be sufficient access for truck and hiab crane to drive to position on sturdy ground. Discuss options with our team should you need an alternative lifting solutions, ie.. crane over the fence of adjacent property. Fees may apply.
