About us
Outclass innovation was born from a desire to improve the learning experience for all children, particularly those with neurodiversity, trauma, and unique learning needs. With 15 years of experience in the education sector, designing and innovating learning spaces in early education and schools throughout New Zealand, I observed a critical need for something altogether different to combat the growing issues faced on a daily basis.
My passion for outdoor learning and open-ended environments led us to envision a solution: a relocatable hub that could be easily integrated into any outdoor learning environment, providing an alternative to traditional classrooms.
Addressing a Growing Need
Recognising the increasing prevalence of neurodiversity and the challenges schools face in supporting these learners, I sought to create spaces that foster calm and reduce anxiety. Outclass Hubs offer a haven for students who may struggle in traditional classroom settings, providing a quiet and engaging alternative to re-regulate and engage a closer connection with the natural environment around us.
A Vision for the Future
Since its inception in mid 24, Outclass Hubs has garnered significant interest from the education sector. We have collaborated closely with the Ministry of Education, receiving valuable feedback on the quality and potential impact of our hubs.

The Outclass Retreat Procurement Process
DISCOVERY CALL - work with you to learn about your current needs and requirements, to enable us to come up with the best solution for you.
FUNDING REVIEW - discuss how funding will be managed to enable the purchase of your outclass hub. We offer tailored sponsorship templates as well as funding specialists to assist you all the way.
SITE VISIT - Our team works with you to plan positioning and access to ensure the delivery and installation process runs smoothly
OFF-SITE MANUFACTURE - We build your Outclass in one of our factories and work with you throughout the delivery and installation process.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION - Our team arranges pre-delivery foundation prep, and then follows with the delivery of your Outclass hub.
OPEN DAY - We encourage a creative and fun ‘grand opening’ of your new Outclass facility, boosting student engagement and appreciation as well as promoting those who have helped through donations, sponsors, etc.
