It doesnt get much easier

In 4 simple steps, your students and educators can be enjoying the new Outclass retreat within 24 hours of delivery.

1. Prepare site to ensure basically level and ensure there is sufficient access for a Hiab truck with crane for delivery and lift off. The access points need to be at least 3.5mt in width and the ground hard enough to take a truck driving on it. Grass fields etc are mostly OK unless after long periods of wet weather or with poor drainage areas. Always consider your options, some sites are better to lift over the boundary fence from neighboring property. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting us for a site visit.

2. Arrange Screw Piles - Unless your Outclass is going directly on to flat concrete, we recommend screw piles as a fast and effective foundation method. This is carried out by an external contractor of your choice and this contractor will work directly with your school to ensure health and safety is managed effectively. We have contacts NZ wide which we can recommend.

3. Arrange Delivery - Once we get the thumbs up, we can arrange for delivery of your outclass at a time that best suits you. The Outclass is lifted onto the prepared foundations, and the decking is swung down into place. Once anchored to the piles, the outclass is completed and ready to use immediately. If you have selected a fully consented space, council sign-off and consents will need to be processed before use. Our project team can help you trough this process.

4. Furnish - The outclass is yours to furnish accordingly. We offer furnishing packages to suit each purpose including custom pieces. Invole the students in designing landscaping around your new masterpiece.
